Target stubborn body fat & get ripped! Lets face it, nothing in life is easy... and this challenge wont be either, but when you look back 21 days from now at what you have accomplished, your going to have the strength and confidence to set another fitness goal! And then another! And then another! Before you know it, you feel better than ever, your in the best shape of your life, and you look fantastic in absolutely everything you put on! The challenge starts with Baseline Testing, which includes recording your starting weight & measurements followed by an initial fitness test. (If we don't know where we started... how do we know how far we have come?) The following workouts get progressively harder to help prevent any chance of a plateau and keep your body guessing. At the end, we re-take our weight, measurements and we re-test our fitness level, so that you can really appreciate how far you have come! This challenge pairs extremely well with any of our Nutrition LAB programs as a quick and easy way to help target and eliminate stubborn body fat! This challenge includes modification instructions for all fitness levels.
